Announcement: Welcome Captain Richard Taylor

Welcome Captain Richard Taylor to the 1st Precinct, our new Executive Officer.
Captain Taylor graduated the police academy in December of 2005. He was promoted to Sergeant in November of 2010, promoted to Lieutenant in July of 2014, and promoted to Captain in October of 2016. He served in the 67 and 63 precincts as a police officer. He also served in PSA-1, PSA-5, and in the Office of the Chief of Community Affairs at One Police Plaza as a Sergeant. As a Lieutenant, he served in the 88 and 61 precincts. Before he was promoted to Captain he was the Integrity Control Officer of the 61st Precinct.
